Happy Does Nashville (1921 Division St.), a new all-day hangout from hospitality group Good Time Design that blends playful nostalgia, crowd pleasing bites, and feel good vibes, has officially opened its doors in Midtown following its Sneak Peak Weekend from July 19 to 21!
The retro bar and game-forward venue will offer indoor and outdoor spaces, boasting endless entertainment for humans and their furry friends along with a full food and drink menu. Offering power-packed drinks, addicting chicken tenders and everyone’s favorite soundtracks, Happy Does is a get along hang for all. Whether you want to turn up your day drinking on the sunny dog-friendly patio, or belt your favorite song in the karaoke bar, Happy Does is your one-stop shop for everyone.
Happy Does is the second venue to debut in Midtown from Good Time Design, following the group’s recent opening of Odie’s next door, the high-energy venue in partnership with seven-time CMA/ACM award-winning band Old Dominion.
Leave your worries at the door. The venue features two private karaoke rooms (available first come, first serve), retro video games on free play, pool tables, darts, ping pong, beer pong, and classic lawn games like cornhole and giant Connect 4. The front outdoor area is dog-friendly, and guests can even purchase dog bandanas for their four-legged friends.
The menu leans into nostalgic comfort foods…did we mention the addicting chicken tenders?!? Highlights include baskets snackables including Fried Pickles, Chicken Tenders, Cheese Curds, and Jalapeño Poppers. The menu also featured a selection of “Weenies” that are grilled or fried and served on a New England bun with fries including the Caribbean topped with a chile mayo and mango relish; Southern Style topped with cola ketchup, pimento cheese, and cracker crumbs; and El Hot Dog topped with cilantro-lime mayo, pico, and candied jalapeños. See the full menu here.
The cocktail list is playful and punchy, featuring drinks like the Breezy Does It with salted vanilla vodka, pineapple, mango, lime, and a coconut rum mini, the Drunk Collins My Ex made with gin, butterfly pea flower, lemon, blueberry, and soda, the Smashed in Nash with Tennessee whiskey, blueberry, basil, lemon, and sprite, or a classic Midtown Miche with Buena Cerveza, michelada mix, and a Tajín rim. In addition to cocktails, guests can enjoy a selection of beer, hard seltzers, and wine to round out the drink menu, linked here.
