Opening Saturday, April 11, Lion’s Share juxtaposes comfort and adventure in Nashville's Sylvan Park neighborhood. Centrally located at 4410 Murphy Road, Lion’s Share is a true Nashville original that marks owners and partners Emily Perry-Wilson and Chef Robbie Wilson’s celebratory return to the city.

Culinary Overview
A James Beard Foundation Awards Semifinalist for Best Chef: California during his time at the revered Le Fantastique—named one of Esquire’s Best New Restaurants in America—and recognized by World’s 50 Best Discovery for his work at BIRD DOG, Chef Robbie’s technical mastery is layered throughout the menu, which leans largely on live fire cooking. From the custom-built hearth, proteins share equal billing with precisely-prepared, local vegetables. A plentiful raw fish selection, and dedicated bar menu, ensure guests have a variety of exceptional choices throughout the restaurant’s distinctive dining areas.

The wine program is designed to reflect the vibrant charisma of the restaurant, with plentiful half bottle options and an extensive Coravin by-the-glass program.
Classic cocktails sit alongside some original recipes, united by mindful practices and the highest quality ingredients. Each crafted beverage focuses on the perfect expression of the spirit and the ice—orbs, Collins spears, large cubes, and crushed - and is served in stunning glassware.
Design & Decor
Chef Robbie and Emily’s vision for the restaurant is alive across the multi-level venue. Anderson Design Studio worked alongside them to create a freshly-designed space that channels the spirit of a London drinking club reimagined. To lend a lived-in, timeless allure to the space, Chef Robbie and Emily spent many enjoyable hours sourcing vintage artwork, furniture, and glassware.
“Before Lion's Share, McCabe Pub was a beloved fixture in the community for 40 years,” says Emily. “The timing was perfect as the previous owners were ready to retire, and it's a superb location. We’re grateful to feature some of McCabe’s architectural elements, like the exposed brick, notable arches, and vaulted wood ceiling.”
From rich leather banquettes in deep cognac and garnet to the intimate, wood-paneled nooks and hunting lodge-inspired private dining room, walking into Lion’s Share feels like a trip abroad. Throughout the interior, guests will find textures like leathers, tweed, houndstooth and the restaurant’s signature green. An expansive 32-seat bar and lounge is perfect for a casual snack, full meal or nightcap, with custom light fixtures casting a moody glow.
