In a press release on Wednesday, February 17, the Fairlane Hotel announced that it will welcome local small business Bagelshop to round out its diverse culinary offerings in the upcoming weeks.
Owned by husband and wife duo Max and Kayla Palmer, Bagelshop will serve as the hotel's only breakfast purveyor and offer a wide selection of hand-rolled bagels, coffee, and more. On the menu, guests can expect to find Bagelshop's signature seven varieties of bagels, sandwiches, lox, and whitefish. The eatery will also soon expand its offerings to include pastries and other sweet treats.
“It was like everything that we had been working towards had fallen directly into our laps at just the right time," said Palmer. "We're excited to have a home inside one of the most beautiful hotels in Nashville."
Bagelshop will occupy the former Mile End Delicatessen space and will be accessible via the hotel's lobby and Union Street.
