E3 Chophouse
The much anticipated E3 Chophouse Nashville is set to begin dinner service on Friday, November 1 at its Hillsboro Village location.
The three-story, 13,000-square-foot restaurant offers a spacious dining room with seating for 150 guests, and a full-service bar that overlooks the Hillsboro Village neighborhood.
“The level of service we have planned for our guests is something that we are passionate about, modeled after E3’s mission, which is ‘humbly serving others,’” said general manager Steve Perdue.
“The creative team has been working diligently to create food and beverage offerings that are equally delicious and exciting, and we can’t wait to share the space with guests.”
When it comes to the menu, E3 steaks are definitely the star of the show. Created under the direction of executive chef Eric Zizka, the steaks come from ABF all-natural cattle raised on the E3 family ranch and other E3 certified ranches, are hand cut in-house and grilled to order, and are served with E3's own inspiration on classic accompaniments.
Additional menu items will include raw and chilled seafood platters, a caviar bar, classic Caesar salad prepared table side, and family-style sides ranging from lobster mac & cheese to classic creamed spinach. Be sure to save room for desert as pastry chef Katie Garcia-Swann has put her own creative spin on classic desserts like bananas foster and crème brûlée.
Not to be overlooked is E3's extensive beverage program as it features sous vide cocktails and table side, interactive drinks made with smoke or dry ice, as well as a wellness program which includes alcohol-free beverages and a signature CBD cocktail. Their wine program features more than 200 bottles and 40 wines by the glass.
