Mattie Bush-Martin of the local favorite Amelia’s Flowers and her husband Taylor Martin teamed up to open their first beverage-driven concept, (think floral shop meets soirée-centric bar), Pont Neuf.
Located in L&L Market, Pont Neuf was inspired by the couple’s wedding near its namesake bridge on Paris’ Seine River and features Amelia’s pre-made arrangements and pick-your-own florals, with a bar that offers flower-inspired cocktails, spritzes, wines by the glass, beer, and light bites. One of our favorites of those cocktails is the Midnight in Montmartre, named after the Paris neighborhood famously known for its rich, artistic history. Whether you’re sipping alongside the florals at Pont Neuf or mixing one up at home, this refreshing cocktail is your ticket to Paris for the beautiful spring days ahead. (pontneufbar.com)
