THE FIREBIRD
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Nelson’s Green Brier TN Whiskey
- 3⁄4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Nashville Hot Chicken Syrup
- Sparkling wine, to top
- Pickle slice, to garnish
Directions:
- Shake ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Strain into a mason jar filled with new ice. Pour into a mason jar.
- Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a pickle slice.
