Led by Executive Chef Cassie Upshaw, 1799 Kitchen & Cocktails features timeless, Southern-influenced dishes that spotlight locally-sourced ingredients. In addition to serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, The Harpeth's signature restaurant will offer a special three-course prix fixe weekend dinner menu that features ingredients sourced at Saturday morning's farmer's market, as well as traditional Southern brunch. 1799 Kitchen and Cocktails' strong ties to Franklin are reiterated in the venue's beverage program, which prioritizes stirred classic craft cocktails, like the Old Fashioned and Manhattan.
