Cousins Maine Lobster, a Maine-owned lobster company with brick and mortar restaurants and food trucks across the country, is expanding with the opening of a new food truck in Downtown Nashville!
The grand opening kicks off on May 17 outside of the Sand Bar (3 City Ave Suite 500) and will be operating from 1 to 6 p.m.
The truck’s menu will include New England seafood classics that will transport you to the coast of Maine. Favorites include the Cousins Maine signature lobster roll served on a New England roll, as well as clam chowder, and lobster grilled cheese. Make-your-own lobster roll take home kits are also available.
