BOURBON APPLE PIE
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces of Walker’s Honeysuckle Sour Mix
- 3 ounces of Belle Meade Bourbon
- 1 Tbsp. of Nashville Jam Co. Apple Bourbon jam
Optional: Walker’s raw sugar rim, cinnamon, fresh apple slice
Steps:
- Rim a rocks glass with raw sugar and cinnamon, then add ice.
- In a cocktail shaker over ice, add Walker’s Honeysuckle and jam.
- Shake.
- Add bourbon to rocks glass and strain shaker over the bourbon.
- Garnish with apple slice and sip.
THE SMOKY PEAR
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces of Perfectly Cordial Cardamom Pear
- 2 ounces of Scotch
- Ginger beer
Steps:
- Pour Scotch and cardamom pear mixer into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a pear slice and enjoy. (optional)

Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 ounce of White’s Elixirs Old Fashioned Mix
- 2 1⁄2 ounces of Fernet Vallet
- 1 ounce of walnut liqueur
Steps:
- Pour all ingredients into a tumbler filled with ice.
- Stir and sip.
MULLED WINE
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces of a full-bodied red wine
- 1 1⁄2 ounces of Barsmith’s Old Fashioned Mix
Steps:
- Pour all ingredients into a wine glass and stir.
