Blue Stripes Cacao Shop is officially open in the Gulch and is serving up a twist on decadent favorites using cacao to create both delicious drinks and dishes.
Located in the heart of the Gulch at 335 11th Ave S., Blue Stripes will offer a selection of lattes and cappuccinos using its 100 percent cacao alternative, providing coffee-lovers with all the energy with less of a caffeine crash. Delicious breakfast options include healthful fruit and energy bowls, as well as pancakes, waffles, egg sandwiches, and savory tartines. In addition to an array of coffee and breakfast items, Blue Stripes will also offer cacao hot chocolate and tea options, cacao fruit sodas, chocolate mousse on tap, chocolate pizza, and fondue. Using the eatery's Chocolate Chart, guests can adjust the ratio of chocolate and cacao on many of the menu options to achieve their ideal level of wellness vs. indulgence.
Blue Stripes' beverage, food, and dessert options are all available for pick-up, dine-in, and delivery. The coffee shop will also give guests the opportunity to shop its wide-selection of cacao-based products.
