The Big Bad BLT
The elevated breakfast concept will feature a menu of both sweet and savory Southern favorites including fluffy omelets, house-cured bacon, buttermilk biscuits, and sandwiches, available all day every day.
Located at 5304 Charlotte Ave, the space offers a mix of booth, table, and outdoor patio seating perfect for a quick breakfast or leisurely brunch with friends, family, or coworkers.
Big Bad Breakfast stemmed from the idea that the morning time meal deserved the same care and finesse as lunch and dinner. Inspired by fond memories of his childhood in New Orleans, chef Currence set out to recapture the flavors he grew up on, such as his grandfather's patty sausage and great grandmother's buttermilk biscuits, and recreate them for new audiences.

Since opening in Oxford, Mississippi in 2008, Big Bad Breakfast has grown to seven locations across five different states. With sights set on expansion, chef Currence is committed to working with local partners to grow the brand and spread the restaurant's signature warm Southern hospitality to even more cities across the region.
Created with the misson of elevating the "most important meal of the day", Big Bad Breakfast offers an all-day blended menu of breakfast and lunch, made from scratch daily with fresh ingredients and local flavors. Some menu favorites include the Breakfast Crumble, the "Cathead" Chicken Biscuit, and the Big Bad BLT.
The drink menu features an array of bright and refreshing cocktails, including scratch-made Bloody Marys, mimosas, screwdrivers, and an Irish Coffee modeled after the original recipe served famously at The Buena Vista Cafe in San Franciso.
