Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
- 1 oz. Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve
- 4 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. cream of coconut
- 1 oz. orange juice
Glassware: Tiki Mug
Garnish: Nutmeg
Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
Golden Boulevardier

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve
- 1 oz. Lillet Blanc
- 1 oz. Suze
Glassware: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Orange Peel
Instructions: Stir with ice, strain, garnish, and serve over a large cube.
Civil Sunset

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. Carrot Ginger Simple Syrup (In a small saucepan, combine ¾ cup carrot juice, ¼ cup ginger juice, and 1 cup sugar. Bring to a simmer and stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely before using.
- Dash of Lemon Bitters
- Sparkling Water
Glassware: Highball
Garnish: Lemon Circle
Instructions: Add all ingredients but the sparkling water into an ice-filled shaker. Shake until chilled, strain and pour into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with lemon circle.
