Located in the bottom of Terrazzo, STK Nashville is the newest restaurant to arrive in the Gulch.
The modern high-end steakhouse in the former Prima spot, is completely renovated with a chic feel and contemporary vibe, complete with a DJ and private dining options. However, they did keep the chandelier, but gave it a makeover—we knew you were wondering.
There are 19 STKs worldwide, but this is the first in Tennessee and a great addition to the Gulch dining offerings.
You can find tuna tartare, seared scallops, grilled octopus, and—of course—steak on STK’s menu.
You cannot go wrong with a strip, and NL recommends the signature STK sauce. Don’t miss the baked potato – appropriately named “not your Daddy’s baked potato,” the jalapeño cheddar grits, and the bread with blue cheese butter.
Also, we strongly recommend the specialty vodka martini, Cucumber Stiletto, to start the evening off right.
Naturally, STK has a nice wine list by the glass and bottle. Don’t neglect the 9 layer chocolate cake or key lime cheesecake to complete your experience.
