All or Nothing Bagels, the cult-favorite sourdough bagel mothership that’s captured the hearts (and mornings) of Nashville, has officially landed with the opening of its first brick-and-mortar location at 2109 Buchanan Street in the Buchanan Arts District.
What started as a pop-up passion project has quickly grown into Nashville’s destination bagel spot. Known for their wood-fired sourdough bagels—hand-shaped, naturally fermented, and baked out of a wood fired oven—All or Nothing Bagels has become a weekend ritual for loyal fans across the city.
From the very beginning, All or Nothing Bagels has been about more than just bagels. As a proudly woman-owned and operated business, the team has built its reputation on radical inclusivity and community spirit. Hiring practices are intentionally felon-friendly and queer-affirming, ensuring that the bakery reflects the values of equity and belonging.
“The hearth (the place in a home where a fire was traditionally kept for home heating and cooking) has always been a place for communities and for nourishment,” said founder Kathleen Sharpe, “and it has historically always been run by women. Specifically women who take shifts baking for the entire village each week. The bagel mommies are back and ready to bake for our village.”
The Buchanan Arts District, serving as an outlet for creatives within the historic North Nashville area, offers the perfect home for All or Nothing Bagels. The new brick-and-mortar shop will allow the team to expand their menu, grow their hours, and create a dedicated space for the community that has championed them since day one.
Guests can anticipate the same bold, salty sourdough bagels they’ve come to love, along side rotating specials, house-made schmears, and a newly developed pastry department. With a permanent space, the team can now offer a consistent weekend experience, while continuing to experiment and evolve.
The official opening date is Friday, November 14th, with doors opening at 7 AM until sold out or2 PM. Regular hours will be Friday through Sunday, 7 AM until sold out or 2 PM.
