Throughout the month of May, several Tennessee Action for Hospitality coalition members will participate in #DoughSomething, a nation-wide campaign where chefs join forces to raise awareness and essential funds for the Asian Americans Advancing Justice national affiliation.
“The hospitality industry has always been an ally in the fight for social change, and the recent uptick in violence against the AAPI community is more than troubling. We are so grateful that Chef Kim created this opportunity for our businesses to raise funds and awareness around the issue, and look forward to the success of this Nashville run of the Dough Something fundraiser," says Action for Hospitality president, Caroline Galzin.
