A BIG congrats to Stateside Kitchen in Dream Nashville for winning our 2021 Brunch & Bloodys competition! 🏆
Stateside's bite—shrimp and grits—was made with jumbo shrimp, house-made sweet pepper grits, cream sauce with red bell pepper, sweet onion and celery, and finished with smoky bacon.
“This is not your average brunch dish, our grits have personality," says chef Liron Eisenberg. "They are made with our signature hot sauce which makes them a little sweet and a little spicy-just like Nashville.”
With twelve years of experience in an array of kitchens, executive chef Liron Eisenberg hails from San Diego and brings west coast flavors to the south. Chef Liron joined Dream Nashville in August 2021 and has already put her own touch on Stateside Kitchen’s ever evolving menu.
