Brown's Diner, Nashville’s oldest diner and dive bar, announced today its newest menu deal – Breakfast Happy Hour. Now available Monday – Friday from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m., the special menu includes deals on specialty dishes, a to-go Blue Collar Bag, and drinks.
“When we relaunched breakfast last year, it was a huge hit with our customers,” said Chef and Owner Bret Tuck. “We're excited to offer more options and a new Happy Hour for folks to enjoy. The menu includes a few fun new dishes we have been testing out, and of course, the classics from Brown’s all-day breakfast menu.”
Breakfast Happy Hour includes a selection of Brown’s Diner breakfast favorites for less than $10, like The Classic with two eggs served any style, choice of meat, hash browns, biscuit and gravy for $9; Loaded Hash Browns, featuring Brown’s crispy hash browns topped with grilled onions, cheese, jalapenos, chili, and sour cream for $8; and the always popular Biscuits & Gravy for just $4. Guests can also enjoy a breakfast staple, including a Triple Stack with three Silver Dollar pancakes, served with butter and syrup for only $5; or mix it up with The Skinny, an egg burrito with choice of meat, cheese, tots, salsa, and sour cream for $7.
For those looking for breakfast on the go, the Blue Collar Bag, which includes a breakfast biscuit sandwich with choice of meat, tots and a non-alcoholic drink served in a brown paper bag, is available for $11. The new menu will also include Mimosas for $5 and Bloody Marys for $7.
Brown’s Diner opened in 1927 and is proudly Nashville’s oldest diner and dive bar. Best known for the Brown’s Cheeseburger, the original Brown’s Diner served breakfast daily. After a decades-long hiatus, Tuck relaunched breakfast service in 2023 after seeing a need for it in the neighborhood. All-day breakfast will be available alongside the Breakfast Happy Hour.
In addition to the new Breakfast Happy Hour, Brown’s Diner offers a daily Happy Hour, available Monday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Brown’s Happy Hour specials include $5 spirits with club soda, tonic, or soda; $1 off all draft beers and cocktails; and $5 off draft pitchers of beer. The Happy Hour menu also includes a selection of discounted food, as well, including fries or tots for $2.95, Burger Sliders for $3.95, Buffalo Chicken Finger Basket with Fries for $9.95, and the hearty Chicken Quesadilla for $9.95.
