If you want to visit your happy place in no time, take a belly flop into one of Cocoon by Sealy's new 'bed-in-a-box” mattresses. That's what two Nashville style mavens did.
Sealy tapped Hannah Crowell, interior designer and founder of Crowell + Co. Interiors, and Elise Joseph, creative consultant and author of the Pennyweight blog, to create content for its digitally driven marketing campaign. It explores the 'My Happy Place” identity of the bedroom.
Crowell and Joseph were chosen for their creative chops, personal style, and relatable personas. And, like all customers who visit the website in which Cocoon mattresses are exclusively sold, the women received their mattresses at home, delivered conveniently in a box. The Cocoon by Sealy products are all priced less than $1,000 and come in a soft or firm feel.
'I love our bed,” Crowell says; she chose the soft version in a king size. 'My life is so busy and scheduled. I'm running around all day long. My bed is my favorite place on the planet because it's the one place where I can be peaceful and calm.”
Like Crowell, Joseph is also frequently on the move, attending meetings and traveling. "My bedroom is a refuge, an escape from all that," she says. Joseph keeps her bedroom details warm and inviting.
'I'm always striving to keep my bedroom sacred,” she says. 'I try not to keep a lot of technology in [there]. I keep it a comfortable, inspiring place.”
To that end, she and her husband chose the soft mattress style and dressed it up with Belgian linens, pillows, and throws. Joseph now tells her friends, 'I didn't know I could love a mattress like this.”
