Nashville’s most design-forward residential experience is arriving at a pivotal moment. As the city continues to experience sustained population growth that outpaces the national average, demand for well-located, amenity-rich housing continues to rise.
Located at the intersection of Music Row, Midtown, and West End, Albion Music Row was developed to meet the evolving expectations of how Nashville lives, works, and creates. Opening this summer with strong early demand and pre-leasing already underway, the community is expected to attract a diverse mix of residents, including creatives, music industry professionals, healthcare workers, students, remote professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives seeking flexibility, convenience, and community in the city’s cultural core.
Albion Music Row builds on the success of Albion in the Gulch, a development that helped redefine luxury apartment living in Nashville through its thoughtful architecture and experience-driven interiors. According to Andrew Yule, Executive Vice President of Development and Construction, the team saw an opportunity to bring that same vision to another dynamic Nashville neighborhood.
Positioned where several of Nashville’s most vibrant microneighborhoods converge, Albion Music Row offers both accessibility and retreat. Residents can enjoy walkable access to downtown, local universities, hospitals, and creative hubs while still feeling removed from the city’s fast pace.
Architecturally, the development was designed in partnership with HPA and reflects a commitment to moving beyond the traditional form of Nashville residential buildings. Gentle curves, movement, and intentional design elements help the structure stand apart, including veranda openings inspired by the shape of a guitar strut as a nod to Music Row’s musical heritage.
The experience extends beyond the building’s exterior. From a signature scent and curated music to layered interior materials, every detail was designed to create a memorable impression. Upon entering the property, residents are welcomed by a dramatic 30-foot lobby intended to evoke the feeling of a luxury hospitality experience.
Albion Music Row also incorporates spaces that support both productivity and creative expression. Studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences are complemented by a range of amenities designed for modern living.
Amenities include:
- A 28th-floor library for quiet focus and relaxation
- A maker studio, podcast room, and music lounge
- Private offices for remote work
- Indoor-outdoor fitness spaces with wellness and recovery areas
- Sauna, stretching, and relaxation spaces
- Social and entertainment areas, including karaoke and private lounges
- A rooftop resort-style pool with cabanas, a bar, and skyline views
- Pet-friendly amenities, including a dog park, spa, and grooming station
- Ground-floor retail and a bodega market
At the center of the development is a 15,000-square-foot outdoor park designed to serve as a gathering space for both residents and the broader community. Future programming is expected to include farmers markets, live music performances, cultural events, and community gatherings that further connect Music Row to surrounding neighborhoods.
Historically known as a destination for recording and business, Music Row is increasingly becoming a place to live as well. Albion Music Row is positioned to contribute to that evolution while respecting the area's rich history and character.
More than a collection of residences and amenities, Albion Music Row aims to create a memorable living experience that reflects the rhythm, creativity, and continued growth of Nashville.
